The first review of the FMJ used the word 'stunning'. The 'Full Metal Jacket' is a radical new design based on a parallel butt only 1/2" in diameter, engineered to produce maximum performance. There is simply nothing quite like it and Century have used every aspect of design technology available to us as 1997, 1998 and 1999 World Record Distance holders, casting, weights between 3 and 6 1/4oz. The types of carbon fibre and resin matrix are complex with over 27 patterns used in the construction - all wrapped up in 24 chevron ballistic 6.0 nylon.
