  LIMITED EDITION ENGLAND SCALE
Reuben Heaton are proud to announce the launch on March 1st 2008 of a limited edition specialist angling scale. Whilst the launch of this scale celebrates all things English it also a promotion of Reuben Heaton’s involvement with and sponsorship of the official England carp squad. In 2008 Reuben Heaton was invited to join the National Federation of Anglers (NFA) backed Carp Team England at the 7th F.I.P.S.e.d World Carp Fishing Championships at Les Lacs de l’Eau d’Heure in Belgium. This was the first time that an officially sanctioned England team had attended the competition, and Reuben Heaton was proud to be part of this historic event. British teams have always fared well in European and word angling events, and in view of this much was expected of this England squad. On the day, the potential of the England squad was realised as the team achieved a silver medal and second overall in the Championships at their first attempt, with individual first place and the gold medal going to the pairing of Mitch Smith and John Dean. In 2008 the teams will once again compete for the World title in Portugal and Reuben Heaton will be there in support as a main sponsor.
