We deliver most items Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.
Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.

SMALL PARCEL £3.5 this is for items that will fit into a jiffy bag and value is no more than £4.98

Please note that if we think the item can be sent on Small Parcel Price and you have paid for Next Day Delivery on an item below £10 we will refund you the difference.
What if I need to rescedule a delivery?
If you would like to reschedule your delivery time, please contact our Customer Services department at 01473 834042 between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday or contact us using our contact form.
How do I track my order?
To track your delivery or check the status of your order, please contact our Customer Service department using our contact form or call us on 01473 834042 between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday and one of our Sales Team will provide you with a full update.
What if my order arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that your order arrives in an unsuitable condition, please contact us immediately and if the damage has been caused in transit we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Do you deliver products outside the United Kingdom?
No, our delivery service is limited to Mainland UK.
Please note Northern Ireland, Eire, Scottish Offshore, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man would acquire extra delivery costs
