• UK Orders Only
• Next Working Day (Where possible) - £8.50
  This is our premiere service and can be selected when you are in a hurry or can't wait - if your any thing like me that is, you won't be able to! (in the unlikely event of your chosen product being out of stock, we will send an email detailing when it will be available and as soon as it is in stock we will send it on for next day delivery - but only charge for standard delivery) This service is only available week days, for weekend purchasers next day will be sent out Monday evening to arrive the following day, the same applies to Bank Holidays, the goods will be despatched the next working day evening to arrive the following day.
• Standard Delivery (Up to 28 Days from order) - £6.00
  This is our cheapest option, all orders if in stock are usually despatched and delivered within 10 to 15 days if the product is in stock, if in the unlikely event we are out of stock and it goes over the 28 days then we will send it out buy 3 working days and of course you will not be charged the postage.
• Standard Delivery Plus (Up to 28 Days from order) - £8.50
  This is option is where high cost items or products with oversized packing like rods, all orders if in stock are usually despatched and delivered within 3 working days, if item out of stock the lead time will given via our order status manager / email, it usually takes less than 10 to 15 days if the product is out of  stock, if in the unlikely event we are out of stock and it goes over the 28 days then we will send it out buy 3 working days and of course you will not be charged the postage.
• Small Items (5 working days) - £1.50
  This is strictly for items weighing no more than __oz's and will be sent by ground mail. The value for tackle item may not exceed £8.00 for small items over £8.00 in value recorded delivery will be used at a cost £4.00 items usually arrive within 3 working days.

LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICE

• This service only applies to IP post codes only
• Parcel must not exceed 30kg
• Only applies to goods in stock, where goods are out of stock we will contact you and offer to send goods as soon as product comes into stock.  Postage amount will be the same.
• This service is only available Monday to Friday and not available at weekends.

If an inappropriate postage rate is selected then the correct postage rate will be substituted and charged without contact. This is done fairly and is done only when necessary to save you money or to cover our costs

Returns Policy
If you receive a faulty product telephone the shop stating what was delivered faulty and a description of defect, we will despatch another supply of the faulty item and arrange collection for you - however if the product is deemed to be not faulty then you will be charge the collection and redelivery postage (not exceeding £10.00).
Once the product has been used and becomes faulty other than fair wear and tear and is still under the manufacturers warranty, then simply send the product back to us and if the manufacturer excepts responsibility for the defect due to poor workmanship or materials then we will replace the item and send out a new one plus re-imbursement for your postage costs (where a VAT receipt is enclosed)
