 The
SR-System BB-X incorporates a lever-brake system that combines with the
anti-reverse to provide exceptional power and control during the fight.
Additional drag can be applied to the rotor by squeezing the lever-brake,
whilst the multi-disc front drag can be pre-set to prevent line breakage
when excess pressure is applied. Unusually for a front drag reel, the spools
incorporate a push button release and the drag can be pre-set. A feature
ideally suited to match fishing where different breaking strains are
required for different conditions.
