These specially designed 'Stand-off Hair Rings' make hook ejection very much more difficult for the fish, as bait and hook are held apart. They offer major advantages over standard 'hair from the eye' and 'down the hook shank' rigs, as they stand a much greater chance of hooking as bait and hook are held apart. Stand-off Hair Rings are available in two sizes and are equally effective when using either pop-ups or bottom baits.
