Making A Purchase
To make
a purchase just browse around our site, and click on any items that you wish
to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your
selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that
we need to be able to process your order.
We
accept online card payment by Switch, Solo, MasterCard and Visa. All
transactions are 100% safe due to our inbuilt 128-bit encryption and our
server is available 24hrs a day. We will not charge for any item until the
day of despatch.

Shipping And Handling
Packaging and Delivery within mainland UK will
normally be within 2 to 7 working days (maximum of 28 days) from receipt of
order, we do offer next day delivery as well, see Help page for more
information on postage pricing. Where delivery cannot be made within the
target time, you will be contacted and made aware of any delays.
All deliveries must be signed
for on receipt, when no signature is obtainable the courier will return the
goods to the depot, a further attempt will be made to deliver the goods, if
there is still no person to receive the goods they will be taken back to the
depot and retained for a week. The goods can be collected from the depot
with proof of delivery (the card left by the courier is sufficient).
If the goods are to be delivered again then a charge of £7.50 will be made
by the courier collected by us, this charge is only incurred when the
customer requests a further delivery, to avoid this charge just contact the
local depot and call in person to collect the parcel. Please note, as far as possible the web site is accurate, but in the event that a product description is in accurate we reserve the right not to despatch the goods as described further
more if a product is not priced correctly we reserve the right to refuse the order. We
will however give a full refund if required in such cases on receipt of returned goods.
Overseas Orders
Sorry we do not except orders from outside the UK at this moment in time.
Credit Card Security
All
credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128-bit
encryption, the most secure format on the internet they are only decrypted
after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web
site.
Guarantee
Goods offered for sale in the
birdstackle.com website are new as supplied by the manufacturer and
carrying the manufacturer's warranty. You may cancel any order before it is
shipped and within 7 days of receiving it. However you must pay the shipping
costs for it to be returned to us. Your money will be refunded in no more
than 30 days excluding the postage amount and you must contact us for a
returns number prior to returning your goods. For more information on
returning goods please refer to our Help page.

private. Any information you give when ordering or by e-mail will only be
kept by us offline to help us with the order or enquiry, the information
collected is that given at the time of ordering or e-mail. We collect the
information ourselves and under no circumstances will it be given to any
third parties. We will not contact you unless it is with regards to an order
or if requested to do so. All credit/debit card information is
destroyed after 30 days. We need this time to make sure there are no
problems with transactions or if you exercise your right to return your
